How do I purchase leads?

Leads are purchased in advance & are then delivered to you in a way that works best (we can deliver them into your CRM system).
There are clear guidelines as to what constitutes a lead so that you are happy before you proceed.
What quantity can I buy?
Typically, leads are purchased in batches of 100. Clients typically order leads weekly.
We have the ability to send clients hundreds of leads a week.
How do you ensure the lead quality?
We have a systematic process for qualifying leads. We understand about what developers are looking for before passing them on.
We also solicit feedback from our customers and are constantly improving our qualification process.
Finally, we have generated millions of pounds of business through this process and have spent a significant amount of money developing it.
Is there a minimum order?
Clients typically purchase leads in batches of 100. Although we offer batches of 50.
We also provide a set of trial leads on a case-by-case basis to new customers so that they can be assured of the quality of the leads before proceeding.
Batches of 100 typically work best for our customers. This means that we can all focus on what we're best at rather than chasing bits of paper.

How do you generate leads?
We have a number of ways of generating leads. Some of these are through personal contact, some are qualified using tools that we have developed in-house.
What if the leads I buy can't be contacted?
We have clear guidelines on leads that we consider to be invalid. These are:
Duplicate leads, hoax details & wrong or dead phone numbers.
We do our best to ensure that these do not crop up & check the validity of numbers.
Some leads are not available immediately but all have asked to speak to a broker.
Are there any other costs?
There are no other costs than purchasing leads when they suit you. We have tested the process & we do the research. We do the outreach & qualification. All you need to do is get in touch with the leads.
Do I own the data from the leads?
Yes. The leads won't be sold to another broker.
Will anyone else be able to buy the same lead?
No other broker will be able to buy the same lead. We may determine that customers have other requirements (legal, insurance etc) and may have separate conversations with them about this.
How do you guarantee the quality of the lead?
Our statistics do this. We keep a track of our statistics on a weekly basis. We know the value of business written & in the pipeline from the enquiries that come into the system. Not every lead is a massive opportunity but there are large numbers of opportunities in each batch.
In addition, we work closely with our clients. We only stay in business if you get value from what we offer. It is in everyone's interests that we improve our offering over time.
